Join us for our "Finding Connections" workshop on Wednesday, January 28, 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Destination Lynnwood.
Girls on the Run offers programs designed to inspire girls of all abilities to recognize and embrace their inner strength and make meaningful connections with others. We are excited to offer a 90 minute workshop for grown-ups using these teaching tools as a foundation, to help you find your YOU, make connections, and unlock your power and potential.
What to Expect:
Socializing, light refreshments, self- reflection, connecting with others, and gentle movement (no exercise or running).
